Model Bookings
Treatments:
Piercings are offered at 50% discount of their regular price on specified days. It is important that our students get opportunity to practice in a supportive environment.
A non refundable £17.50 reservation fee is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment, with any balance being paid on the day. Payments can be made by cash, card or transferred via online banking.

Course Booking
Training:
Your course can be paid in full at the time of booking.
Alternatively, you can reserve your space with a £150 reservation fee, which is deducted from the balance of your training. This is non refundable after 14 days.
The balance of your training must be paid 1 month before your training dates, to enable us to order appropriate stock, kit items and get your pre read out to you in good time.
Short notice bookings (for courses within the same month) should be paid in full at the time of booking.
Once Kits have been ordered, kit fees are non refundable.
Once pre read materials have been issued, course fees are non refundable.
Please ensure that you are able to attend your course before you book!
In the event of emergency, you are welcome to move to another available date; if it is within a month of your original course date, a further £150 booking fee will be required to secure your new date and cover our costs in trying to fill the empty space.
Special Requirements
If you have any special requirements; whether it be a learning need. food allergy or anything else that we may need to know about, please do let us know at the time of booking so that we can make arrangements for you.
Complimentary Lunch is provided on both days- please let us know whether you have any dietary requirements or whether you prefer to bring your own food. There is a shop directly across the road and a sandwich shop at the end of the block.

Students must be 18+ for insurance purposes
Treatments:
Ear lobes- no lower limit, however the child must want them doing.
Cartilage piercings piercings -12
Navel & Nose Piercings- 14
Nipple & Tongue Piercings - 18
All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent / guardian
Smoking / Vaping
We are a non smoking / vaping site. You are welcome to take a break as needed outside of the building.
Privacy Notice
We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
Estetica Permanent Cosmetics & Piercing Boutique books client into the diary for the purpose of making bookings and delivering training from their studio.
Clients who have subscribed to the mailing list will be contacted to let them know when any courses and model dates are coming up.
Personal data is retained securely for the purpose of arranging your training, deliver relevant treatments and to comply with insurance requirements.
It is an insurance requirement that we take before & after pictures of your treatments. We may use these for advertising purposes on social media, however we will restrict the image to the area we are working on.
For some treatments, we retain paper records.
Our booking system holds basic data for the purpose of your appointment: Name, email and phone number. Treatment consent is attached to the booking system and as such must be retained for 6 years following your last treatment, as per insurance requirements.
